1. Nature of Delivery

Softflow Solutions is a provider of IT services, custom software development, mobile applications, and web solutions. As our products and services are purely digital, we do not ship any physical goods or hardware.

2. Delivery Timelines

Digital products and services are delivered according to the milestone schedule agreed upon in the Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). Timelines vary based on the scope, complexity, and client feedback cycles of the project.

3. Method of Delivery

Deliverables (source code, compiled applications, design assets, etc.) are delivered electronically via:

  • Secure cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, AWS)
  • Version control repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
  • Direct deployment to the client's staging or production servers
  • App Store and Google Play Store deployments

4. Acceptance of Delivery

Upon delivery of a milestone or the final product, the client will have a designated review period (typically 7-14 days) to test the software and report any bugs or deviations from the agreed specifications. If no feedback is provided within this period, the delivery will be deemed accepted.

5. Maintenance and Support

Post-delivery support, maintenance, and updates are not considered part of the initial delivery unless explicitly stated in an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or support agreement.
