Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Software Development & IT Services
At Softflow Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality software solutions tailored to your requirements. Due to the nature of custom software development, time and resources are committed from the moment a project begins. Therefore, our refund policy is strictly governed by milestones.
2. Cancellation Before Project Initiation
If you choose to cancel a project before any work has commenced (typically within 3-5 days of signing the agreement and paying the advance), a full refund of the advance amount will be issued, minus any payment gateway or processing fees.
3. Cancellation During Development
If a project is cancelled after development has started, refunds will not be provided for milestones that have already been completed and approved. Any advance payments made for upcoming, un-started milestones may be partially refunded based on the proportion of work left, at the sole discretion of Softflow Solutions.
4. Post-Delivery
Once the final product has been delivered and deployed on the client's servers or app stores, no refunds will be entertained. We provide a warranty/support period (as specified in the project agreement) to resolve any bugs or issues free of charge.
5. Third-Party Costs
Any costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, API licenses, or developer accounts) purchased on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days, in compliance with standard Indian banking procedures.
